Concession from the Government of the State of Espírito Santo established in 1998 for a period of 25 years, encompassing the operation of 67.5 km of Rodovia do Sol, connecting Vila Velha to Guarapari and the Deputado Darcy Castello de Mendonça Bridge, which connects Vila Velha to Vitória.

Brisa Concessão Rodoviária S/A (BCR) encompasses a network of 11 highways that connect Portugal from north to south and east to west, with two major access points to Spain, totaling 1,126 km in length. In 2015, Coimex Group, through Global Roads Company, acquired part of the capital stock.
