is to connect different actors in society to broaden young people&#8217;s access to opportunities, from basic education to the world of work.<\/strong><\/p><p>With CoimexPar as its main sponsor and a network of other companies that believe in youth as a driving force for a more prosperous and productive country, the Foundation carries out initiatives to encourage the completion of high school and the beginning of professional life in the formal sector. Thus, it seeks to contribute to overcoming chronic processes of social exclusion.<\/p><p>Since 2023, it has reached 218,000 young people from 251 public schools in four states through the Escola\u00ed Program. Since 1999, its operating model has proposed a new approach to effective social responsibility, inspired by the commitment and entrepreneurial legacy of Otac\u00edlio
