Concession from the Government of the State of Espírito Santo established in 1998 for a period of 25 years, encompassing the operation of 67.5 km of Rodovia do Sol, connecting Vila Velha to Guarapari and the Deputado Darcy Castello de Mendonça Bridge, which connects Vila Velha to Vitória.

The ambitious highway infrastructure required a range of investments, maintenance works, expansion, equipment purchases, and the implementation of information systems and structures for toll plazas. Among the implemented works and improvements, the duplication of the section between Vila Velha and Guarapari stands out, along with the construction of the bypass from Guarapari to Meaípe.
